Current Positions

Work Experience:

  • Technically Strong in Accounting including but not limited to:
    • Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
    • Working of Prepaid Expense, Deferred Revenue and Accrued Expense and Reconcile the same with books.
    • Payroll Reconciliation, Merchant Statement Reconciliation and Intercompany Reconciliation.
    • Month-End and Year-End closing of books.
    • Finalization of Accounts.
  • Experience in calculating and filing Sales Tax returns and 1099.
  • Knowledge of Tax to Book Reconciliation and Recording AJE for the same.
  • Expertise on Backlog/Clean-Up/Catch-Up/Full Year Write off Projects.
  • Well-aware about Preparation of Financial Packages.
  • Basic knowledge of Tax forms (1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065).
  • To create the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for smooth operations of US Accounting.

Software Skill:

  • Excellent knowledge in QuickBooks Online/QuickBooks Desktop/Bill.Com/XERO.
  • Highly skilled in MS-office especially in MS Excel and MS Word.

Other Parameters:

  • Pro-Active, Self discipline, self learning and Quick Learner.
  • Ability to Work Independently with minimum supervision.
  • Time efficient and punctual for submitting new assignments.
  • To create/maintain/improve the workflow process for smooth operations of accounting team.
  • Should have experience of Handling 5 to 10 Team Members and ability to train new staff.
  • Should have experience of Handling 3 to 5 CPA clients.
  • To Maintain or Improve the Quality of Accounting Projects.
  • Take initiatives and provide new ideas/suggestions to clients for achieve their milestone.
  • Outstanding communication skills. Can deal with client independently and the team.

Qualification:

  • CA or CPA with Having 2 to 3 years of Experience.
  • Inter CA, Inter ICWA (CMA) or MBA (Finance) or M.Com with Having 5 Years of experience.
