Technically Strong in SMSF including but not limited to:
- Reconcile Bank Balances with Bank statements
- Reconcile Term Deposits with statements
- Reconcile Holding of Shares and managed investments
- Record Dividend and Distributions with accurate components
- Reconcile Rent with rental schedule
- Reconcile ATO accounts
- Purchase and Dispose of securities and managed investments
- Process Rollin’s
- Calculate and process pensions as per rules
- If there is part Accumulation part pension Fund then procure for actuary
- Review work of SMSF Accountant
- Setup of new SMSF and administration
- Review whether contributions are there as per rules
- Review Pension workings
- Check whether superfund is required to apply for GST
- TBAR Reporting
- Trial Balance review
- Review referenced workpapers
- Supervise work of SMSF Accountants
- Guide senior SMSF accountant as and when required
- Ongoing training of SMSF accountants at regular intervals
- Prepare Segregated superfunds
- Review whether superfund is processed as per SIS compliance
- Check supporting and permanent documents from audit point of view also including permanent documents.
- Manage workflow and prioritize work as per client requirement.
Software Skill:
- Excellent knowledge in BGL360, Class Super & Super Mate
- Highly skilled in MS-office especially in MS Excel and MS Word.
Other Parameters:
- Pro-Active, Self discipline, self learning and Quick Learner.
- Ability to Work Independently with minimum supervision.
- Time efficient and punctual for submitting new assignments.
- To create/maintain/improve the workflow process for smooth operations of SMSF team.
- Should have experience of Handling 5 to 10 Team Members and ability to train new staff.
- Should have experience of Handling 3 to 5 CPA clients.
- Take initiatives and provide new ideas/suggestions to clients for achieve their milestone.
- Outstanding communication skills. Can deal with client independently and the team.
Qualification:
- B.com, M.com, CA Inter, MBA Finance and CA with Having 4 to 7 years of Experience.

Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a paraplanning role within the financial planning industry
Technically Strong in ParaPlanning including but not limited to:
- Proven experience in preparing comprehensive Statement of Advice (SoA) and Record of Advice (RoA) documents
- Preparing review packs, (FDS, OSA, Super and Insurance Research).
- Experience of collecting information from various providers through phone calls or using provider’s portal
- Product cost comparison using various comparison tools
- Insurance quote generation
- Technical and compliance knowledge related to financial planning strategies.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software (e.g., XPLAN, COIN).
- Familiarity with the Australian financial services regulatory environment, including the Corporations Act and ASIC regulations
- Check supporting documents from audit point of view.
- Application form processing and lodgement for implementing various strategies
- Manage workflow and prioritize work as per client requirement.
Software Skill:
- Excellent knowledge in Xplan, Advisor Logic & Midwinter etc.
- Highly skilled in MS-office especially in MS Word and MS Excel.

- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with dealer groups or self-licensees would be advantageous
